Biography

She graduated restoration and conservation of museum collections at the Museological Cabinet of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic in Prague in 1989. The state license of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic to permit the restoration of cultural monuments was granted in 1998. She has been working at the Archaeological Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Prague, in the Department of Restoration Laboratories since 1990 .It specializes in the conservation and restoration of archaeological metal objects and jewelry from the Hallstatt, Lateen and Castle times. Also products of Gothic and Renaissance arts and crafts. It also processes findings from other materials, such as glass, amber, leather, bone and wood, as well as palynological samples for archaeobotanics and paleoecology.
