Overwhelming part of modern science requires application of unique experimental devices and apparatus for detection and diagnostic to get new results. This applies not only to physic and chemistry based sciences, but also to life and social sciences and even humanities. Aim of the project is to reduce the gap between the word standard and the remarkably poorer quality of equipment of the Czech laboratories. This is a necessary condition not only for their larger integration into the international scientific community activities exceeding the realm of basic research, but also for our succesful participation in programmes like the 5FP of the European Union.
